Once you have the zxp file, you can install the plugin a few different ways.
You must have the InDesign module enabled to connect after installing the plug-in. I also noticed there was another folder with the name of my add-on in the enUS folder. Install the InDesign Plug-in You can install the MagHub InDesign plugin for InDesign CC 2017 and later (Download Plugin ). Then copied the script and pasted to similar location under the Adobe Illustrator CC 2018 scripts folder. You can try googling things like "Where is Extension Manager data/database/preferences stored". Since it is working on Illustrator 2017, I navigated in Windows to C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Illustrator CC 2017\Presets\enUS\Scripts. It has a fallback custom install option that should work in cases. The Extension Manager from Adobe is depreciated since CC 2015. It will work with any ZXP extension, it does not have to be one you got from us.
